I'm an accomplished President, General Manager, and Chief Revenue Officer with a proven track record in the consumer goods industry. I've built broad experience leading the commercialization of multiple products across North America across all forms of distribution — retail, ecommerce, dealer, and 2-step.
I spent 25+ years inside some of the most disciplined revenue organizations in CPG — Altria, Energizer, and Husqvarna. I implemented revenue growth principles accelerating margins faster than sales through disciplined trade spend and pricing architectures. I continued to grow in scope leading the sales vertical for North America across all customers and channels associated with the portfolio of these companies.

I got pulled into the world of small startups and advising. I took on a project as President of a global company that primarily did OEM and wanted to accelerate their own global brand. This company didn't have the luxury of a trade budget, established brand recognition in the space, or a 40-person sales force.
What they needed most was the right activities to focus on with speed, a clearer roadmap for their portfolio, a more direct relationship with the customer at the right levels, and a relentless obsession with unit economics. The team needed some adjustments in talent to take them where they really wanted to go.
Together, the team built new accelerated revenue and a disciplined, targeted approach for multiple customers in retail, distribution, ecommerce, and across the capabilities of private label as well. We also gained the ability to license in portfolio gaps to accelerate and scale with customers.
Today I run Distribution and Revenue Growth Partners — a fractional CRO and VP of Sales practice built specifically for small and mid-size CPG companies. I work with brands between $2M and $50M in revenue who are hitting a ceiling: ready for their next retail door but not sure how to pitch it, growing DTC but leaking margin, or simply at the stage where they need a real revenue strategy — not just a salesperson.
